We offer a platform to look for best travel deals. We act as an intermediary between you and the vendors.

Cancellations to bookings are subject to the policies of the respective airlines, hotels, or service providers. Please review all terms before finalizing your booking.

You may cancel your reservation according to the terms below:
Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking are eligible for a full refund, subject to airline or hotel policies.

After 24 hours, cancellations are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective airline, hotel, or service provider.

All cancellations must be made by phone to ensure prompt processing.

We do  process cancellations via email.

Some reservations may be non-refundable as per the provider’s policy. Please review all terms before booking.

No refunds are available for "no show" situations where the traveler does not arrive for the scheduled service.

Refunds are subject to the vendor’s terms and may take 1 to 2 billing cycle to process.

Refunds are processed according to the policies of the airline, hotel, or service provider. Adventurease will facilitate your refund request and keep you informed throughout the process.

Refunds for eligible cancellations are issued to the original payment method.

Refunds may take 10-15 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

In rare cases, refunds may take up to 60-90 days due to provider or bank processing times.

Our service fee is non-refundable unless the cancellation is made within 24 hours of booking.

Changes to Trips may incur additional fees, subject to vendor policies. Contact us or the vendor directly for assistance.

We recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unexpected cancellations, delays, or other travel-related issues.

     .Phone numbers collected for SMS consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

     .Types of SMS Communications: If you have consented to receive text messages from Adventurease, you may receive messages related to               customer care, booking confirmations, reminders, and important updates. Example: "Hello, this is a reminder of your upcoming booking with Adventurease. Reply STOP to opt out at any time."

    .Message frequency may vary. You may receive up to 2 SMS messages per week regarding your bookings or account status.

    .Standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier’s pricing plan.

    .You may opt-in to receive SMS messages by checking the SMS consent box on our forms or by messaging us first.

    .You can opt out at any time by replying "STOP" to any SMS message you receive, or by contacting us directly

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, Adventurease is not liable for any errors, omissions, or changes in service by third-party providers. We are not responsible for any losses or damages resulting from your use of our site or services.

We may update these terms periodically. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website.
